Meet Our Team

Joe Anziano

Joe is the CQM Program Manager and a Senior Technical Trainer with RapidSQA. He has 20+ years of experience in quality engineering, software testing, and process engineering. Using Session-based Testing, Joe has led exploratory testing efforts to focus test cycles and has trained/mentored new hires as well as customers. He has developed test automation suites using Silk and Visual Test and applications in C and Visual Basic. Joe holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from S.U.N.Y., a M.S. in Clinical Chemistry from Long Island University, and is an ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM) as well as a Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE).

Mark Campoli

Mark is a QA Consultant with RapidSQA. He has been involved with testing and quality assurance since the 1990s and has completed several contracting assignments with such companies as Computrition, ZIFF Davis Online University, and Compaq. Mark is an A+ Certified Technician in MS Windows NT, PC Service, and Technical Support from Clark University. He earned a B.S. in Business Management from Siena College.

Alex Elentukh

Alex is the CSDP Program Manager and a Principal Technical Trainer with RapidSQA. During his 25 year career in the software industry, Alex has held positions as QA Director, QA Program Manager, Process Consultant, and Technical Software Consultant. He has been publishing since 1984 and taught a SQA course at Northeastern University. Alex is a member of IEEE, ASQ, and Boston SPIN and has a MSEE from Leningrad University in Russia.

Dan Goddu

Dan is the Director, Training Solutions and CSQE Program Manager with RapidSQA. He has 15+ years in software testing and quality assurance. He has successfully lead testing teams in testing database replication, Solaris system management, computer telephony, and network emulation commercial products on UNIX and NT. Additionally, he has led test automation products using Perl, SQL, and SilkTest. Dan is an ASQ Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) and has a BSCS from Merrimack College.

Dawn Haynes

Dawn is a Senior Technical Trainer with RapidSQA. She has more than ten years of experience in manual, functional, and performance testing of software systems on both Windows and UNIX platforms, and has spent the last six and a half years providing implementation assistance, mentoring, and training for users of Rational Suite TestStudio for functional and performance testing of Windows and Java applications. Dawn is a member of ASQ and ASTD and active in local testing focus groups, as well as industry-wide initiatives such as test patterns research and development. She is also a contributing author of the book "Quality Web Systems: Performance, Security & Usability" by Elfriede Dustin, Jeff Rashka, Douglas McDiarmid (July 2001). Dawn holds a BSBA in MIS from Northeastern University.

Eric Patel

Eric is the Founder, President, and Chief Quality Officer of RapidSQA. He has over 13 years of experience in software testing, test management, and software quality assurance. Eric is the creator of the RapidSQA methodology for Web testing. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and meetings and was co-winner of the Best Presentation Award at ASQ's 11th International Conference on Software Quality. Certified by QAI as a software test engineer, Eric also holds ASQ certifications as a software quality engineer and quality manager. As Regional Councilor for the ASQ Software Division Region 1, he maintains active memberships in ASQ and IEEE. Published in Software Quality Professional (SQP) and STQE magazine, he also serves as a reviewer for SQP. In addition, he is co-founder and instructor with Northeastern University's Certificate Program in Software Engineering and recently served as the ASQ Boston Section Education Chair. Eric holds a BSEE from the University of Vermont.

Kamesh Pemmaraju

Kamesh is the Vice President, Consulting Solutions for RapidSQA where he brings 20+ years of quality management and global consulting experience. He has held various management level positions at software and consulting companies. At Pegasystems Inc.,and Siemens AG, he has established and sustained quality management practices, reduced costs by deploying offshore execution models, and increased the efficiency of testing through automation. He also has signifcant experience consulting and growing a consulting organization. He has consulted with several large companies including GE, Motorola, Siemens, Visa International, Invensys, Vanguard, and NASD. Kamesh is an active participant in software quality conferences and contributes regularly to the state of the art in software quality. He has a BSEE and an MSCS from Indian Institue of Science.

Joe Silva

Joe is the Vice President, Operations for RapidSQA where he brings 20+ years of operations management experience. He has held various management level positions at software and hardware companies. Most recently, Joe managed teams including Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, Release and Program Management and was responsible for the development infrastructure. He has successfully lead efforts in quality management practices including ISO, metrics, and software development processes. In addition, Joe was responsible for QA of EDA products and held other related positions. Joe has a BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a MS from Northeastern University in Computer Systems Engineering.
